    We currently do not facilitate postal exchanges for purchased items. If you would like to exchange an item, we kindly request you to initiate a return for the original item. Once the return is processed and the item is received, you will be able to place a new order for the desired item or alternative product.   • Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect parcels to a different address once an order has been placed and confirmed.
